World of Wheels Bicycles

I highly recommend anyone in the market for a bicycle, accessories, or service to visit this location and experience their exceptional customer service firsthand. It's the kind of business that reminds you why supporting local shops is so important. I'm encouraged to know there are still businesses that genuinely take pride in the service they provide to their customers. In today's world, I would honestly consider that a rarity. From the moment you walk through the door, Eric, Sean, and Matthew make it a point to acknowledge every customer. The rest of the team does the same and although I don't know everyone's names, their commitment to outstanding customer service is obvious. I find it difficult to understand how anyone could leave a negative review for this location. Whether you're stopping in for a quick tire inflation, looking for maintenance on your bike or exploring their impressive selection of beginner and flagship bikes, every customer is treated with the same level of respect, professionalism and appreciation. What truly stands out is how well this team works together, especially during peak hours. I've personally watched them handle phone calls, answer customer quest

Peter at World of Wheels is the man!!! My wife and I came in knowing nothing about e-bikes, and Peter took the time to throughly run through the ins and outs on several occasions. He helped us pick the right bikes to fit both our needs and helped us load up on all the accessories. 10/10 would recommend Peter and World of Wheels. Great experience.

I have never met a friendlier group of people than these who helped us purchase our new e-bikes. A 5 star experience from beginning to end, including personally installing our new bike rack and demonstrating how to use it. Go here! You will not be disappointed!

Great customer service. No pressure to buy anything. Knowledgeable staff. Large inventory of bikes in stock. If they don't have it in stock. They can order one for you. If you, a family member or a friend. Are looking to buy a bike or need one repaired. This is the place to go.

To say The Emojo Bull is all that and a bag Of chips would be an understatement! I feel like I've won the lottery with my new Emojo Bull trike! I want to extend a massive thank you to the Peninsula and California E-Bike Incentive Programs for affording me this beautiful e-trike. It has truly surpassed anything I could have wished for. This bike is incredible. The stability and ease of use, thanks to its ultra-low step-through frame, make riding a pure joy. I've been riding it so much I feel like a kid again, rediscovering the fun of being outdoors and on the move. The quality is fantastic, and the ride is smooth and stable. It has given me a new sense of freedom and mobility. With the holidays upon us i want to say that I am truely grateful for these incentives that are so needed. Shout out to my friends at World of Wheels in Modesto, Ca. The Customer Service Team really went the extra mile to ensure my etrike had all its bells and whistles. OF COURSE THANKS TO EMOJO FOR DESIGNING A FANTASTIC E TRIKE My baby blue Bull Really is a head turner. 😊 Audrey Mendez
